Smashing Magazine is a great resource for design and development. You mentioned sharing the wireframes of your new site layout with other people. I’d like to point you to ProtoShare to help facilitate that process. It’s web-based so anyone you invite can access the wireframes from anywhere and share their feedback with you inside the tool. We’re also very open to feedback if you have any.
